Head of Industrial Real Estate Sales Department
1. Job description
- Develop and advise the Board of Directors on strategies and plans to develop customer sources and business products, deploy and control the implementation of the strategy.
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and business plans for real estate projects following the company’s development orientation.
- Research, evaluate, synthesize the real estate market and propose solutions to promote the Company’s business.
- Proposing sales plans and controlling sales activities for industrial real estate products.
- Control and propose to the Board of Directors the adjustment of the price list (if any) of the industrial park real estate project in accordance with the general market.
- Building related work processes, serving sales and leasing activities of industrial park real estate.
2. Job Qualifcation
- University graduates and 3 years of experience in the field of industrial real estate.
- Necessary qualities for the job: Smart, sharp thinking.
- Essential skills for the job: Management skills, decision making.
- Foreign languages English and Chinese is an advantage.
- Other skills: Diplomacy, good presentation.
