Content Creation Specialist – Event Organizer
1. Job description
- Participating in ideas, implementing content of sales materials (online and offline): Brochure, saleskit, flyer, brochure, website, video…
- Building and implementing PR plans (posting, writing articles, booking), reporting PR activities for real estate projects of the Company.
- Responsible for creating content for marketing channels: Social marketing, Digital marketing, OOH, VOV… according to campaigns.
- Responsible for monitoring, checking and supervising content marketing issues of the corporation’s projects.
- Search, capture information, market trends; consult, research, analyze communication messages of rival projects.
- Monitor media contracts, PR budget according to the assigned plan.
- Reporting and performing other tasks as assigned by management.
2. Job Qualifcation
- Qualification: bachelor’s degree majoring in Journalism, Communication, Marketing and other related majors.
- At least 2 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing.
- Careful and meticulous.
- Have passion to write, have the ability to use Vietnamese language.
- Creative and eager to learn.
- Writing and language skills.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Planning, organizing and managing skills.
- Market analysis and reporting skills.
- Fluent in English is an advantage.
- Proficient in the use of office software.
- Discipline and responsibility.
