1. Job description

Planning and implementing customer-care plans, from the customer signing of the Deposit Agreement until the handover to the building operation management unit.
Classifying and managing customer information and transactions.
Analyzing and Building – Managing customer-care programs for each project.
Managing, training & assigning tasks to employees in customer care department.
Receiving and participating in handling customer complaints. Follow up customer’s debts on time – Building processes for customer service – Coordinate with departments to make sale and purchase agreement and guide customers to sign; Deposit procedures; Sale and purchase agreement; transfer; inherit; blockage; recover public debts; handling over properties..

2. Job Qualifcation

03 years in the field related to Customer Service, having held a similar position.
02 years of experience in the field of Real Estate business.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, foreign relations… or related majors.
Proficiency in English.
Understanding the legal system of construction, land, real estate business and other related laws.
Experience in customer service.
